The 2018 Rotary Fruit Sale is now closed. Fruit will arrive mid-December and will be distributed from Legends on the App State campus. Thank you for your support!

The Boone Sunrise Rotary Club is conducting the annual Florida Citrus Fundraiser to support local, national and international service projects.  You should consider ordering some.

The profits from this sale goes to support Boone Sunrise Rotary projects locally and globally (see examples below).  .

Boone Sunrise Rotary Charity Partners 
Organizations and Individuals benefiting from the “Great Fruit for a Great Cause”annual club fundraiser:
• Annual scholarships for Watauga High School Seniors to attend a college of their choice
• Caldwell Community College Dream Scholarship for Watauga County students to attend college
• $5000 in grants to Watauga teachers spread out from elementary school through high school
• $15,000 over several years to help restore the Appalachian Theater in Boone
• Rotary Foundation which supports worthy International projects including special funding to eliminate polio throughout the world
• Shelter Boxes – a three room domed-tent with supplies for an entire family sent by Rotary to countries devastated by natural disasters
• Watauga High School Interact Club – a high school service club that is an extension 01 Rotary (co-sponsored with Boone Rotary Club)
• Rotaract Club for young leaders up to 30 years of age
• Sponsoring one or more Watauga High School students to attend the annual Rotary Youth Leadership Conference in Brevard, NC each summer
• Rotary TAP (Tanzanian Aqua Project) is dedicated to improving the lives of Tanzanians by providing safe water collections systems.
