Bill BaileyOn Tuesday, Aug. 9, the Boone Sunrise Rotary Club welcomes Boone Planning Director Bill Bailey.

Bailey was hired as the director of development services for the town of Boone in 2010, arriving after a career working as a land planner and transportation planner in Florida.
